Sola Salons Flatiron, where beauty entrepreneurs thrive in their own private salon suites. Our 5th floor space is designed to optimize natural light, with 12 of the 24 private studios having windows, and all studios except for those in our spa area receiving natural light through oversize double glass sliding doors. Need less commitment? Membership options available as well for more flexible part-time arrangements!

The space has four banquette seating areas for customers to unwind or do some work, as well as a sylist cafe for beauty professionals. Pricing for 24/7/365 private salon ownership ranges between $630 and $1327 per week, including all utilities, insurance and laundry. More flexible membership options exist as well starting at $325/week for access to the large shared Gallery space featuring 6 styling stations. The salons are turnkey, including cabinetry, sinks, chairs, and individual thermostats in each salon. We intend to build additional locations in a variety of neighborhoods in Manhattan, with our third location slated to open in Winter/Spring '25.
