Our Herndon Place location is situated directly behind the GB3 sign off Milburn Avenue next to Premium Urgent Care, Cruz & Clean Carwash, Starbucks and just minutes from the 99 Freeway (not too far from Madera, CA). There is an array of shops and restaurants located within the center including GB3 gym, Starbucks, Deli Delicious, Save Mart and much more within walking distance, ensuring great visibility to your perspective clients! Our Herndon Place salon has plenty of off-street parking for salon owners and their guests.

1.     What are the rental costs and what is included? Our price ranges vary depending on the size of your suite and location. Our standard suites start at $225/week with everything included *we provide G&P insurance free of charge for the first year!

2.    What is the lease term and are there flexible options? We offer a 12mo license agreement with our full move-in bonus incentives. We also offer a 3mo Sola Guarantee agreement with fewer incentives designed for up and coming Beauty Pros to ensure they have the clientele to support their new salon suite at Sola. Come in for a tour and we can answer all your questions!

3.    Are there any restrictions on operating hours? At Sola, you are your OWN BOSS! We offer 24/7 access to the studio and require door access afterhours to help ensure your safety if you like to work late!   

4.    How do I handle utilities and maintenance issues? Sola thrives on providing excellent customer support and helping ensure our Sola Professionals have a great working experience in their suites. We have a long list of local vendors that we use to ensure our systems are maintained properly and we have a full-time Facility Manager who is regularly onsite doing scheduled maintenance work. We have a maintenance line to ensure that your request is heard and scheduled in a timely basis!
